Adviseasy Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we will refund your money, provided the reasons are genuine and verified after an investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before availing of the services.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer changes their mind regarding the services taken, we will not be liable to cancel the service. In case a customer requests to hold the processing of the service, we shall retain the fees paid for a period of one (1) year from the date of payment.

Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make our best efforts to complete the service. In case of non-completion of services post receipt of a refund request, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fees paid to government bodies or third parties will be applicable.

Refund Policy

We will issue a refund only if we fail to provide the service after a thorough internal investigation. Applicants must apply for a refund via email at info@adviseasy.com.

Refunds will not be provided once the fee has been earned by the company due to the time and effort invested by our team, which is non-returnable. All processing fees, payment gateway charges, administrative fees, and costs of resources allocated for the work done will be deducted. Additionally, any payments made to government bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to third parties involved in processing the order, will not be refunded.

Ungovernable Factors

The outcome of a particular process/service cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on governing authorities. Rejections, approvals, or responses by government agencies, technical issues with government sites, and government backlogs may lead to unexpected delays in processing. Such factors are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.

Force Majeure

Adviseasy shall not be held responsible for breaches of its satisfaction guarantee policy or any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, fire, storm, etc.)
  • Acts of God or public authority
  • Epidemics, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions
  • Legal or regulatory changes
  • War, terrorism, labor strikes, or similar unforeseen events

This refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any updates.
